THE AVALANCHE ICE CREAM SHOP

Introducing, Avalanche Ice Cream Shop, the first in Visayas region. Using liquid nitrogen in creating their ice creams, the shop offers its customers a new gastronomic experience that is indeed enjoyable and would leave everyone craving for more.
The shop is located beside Anitas Bakeshop in Fuente Osmeña, reachable via all Capitol-bound jeepneys and taxis. The ice cream shop is relatively new, having been opened in July this year, but it has already gained popularity through local features and social media. This newness, meanwhile, is compensated by their customer service. The staffs are patient enough to explain how liquid nitrogen would help in the ice-cream making, while you watch them work and wonder how, could food and chemistry meet and give birth to this product?

The menu doesn’t end at liquid nitrogen ice cream, as they have brownies too, that which is needed to be soaked on liquid nitrogen before eating. Ice creams are at Php 95 while brownies are at Php 78. These prices, though more costly than usual, still fare low considering the ingredients. Also, these prices do not cut the budget, knowing that the experience is worth more than the money.
